The fast growth and development around the area (shops/restaurants) and the neighborhood organizations (Highland Mommies)

Older homes/Large trees & Greenery, Close to great restaurants and shops, Close to major highways

Yes

Yes - easy access to I-70 and I-25 (5 min. to I-70)

La Loma - great Mexican food every time!

Highlands Square is so vibrant!

They seem good, but we are not at that stage yet with our son

Someone who loves both a city lifestyle (farmer's markets, restaurants, shops/boutiques) but loves to be 'removed' from that at the end of the day
Do you consider your neighborhood safe? Why or why not?
Yes, given that we see patrol cars a lot, but you also have to be cautious as there is a variety of people who live here
What is your neighborhood’s best kept secret?
Although we live just across the Denver county border, there are great, affordable houses here that are near everything that the neighborhood has to offer!
